Automation of access to test files for the vibration system
Dolobáč, Dávid ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Uher, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to analyse structure of test files used in vibration tests in the CVVOZE testing laboratory and to design and implement a software solution that ensures automation of access to these files. The proposed software solution in the form of a desktop application completely automates the original manual entry and acquisition of test data using the created SQLite databases and provides the test technician with an alternative to the existing RMS software.
Jig optimization for LED headlamps testing
Vobr, Michal ; Polzer, Aleš (referee) ; Sliwková, Petra (advisor)
The goal of this Bachelor thesis is finding the optimum for jig used as vibration testing jig in a company Automotive Lighting s.r.o. The condition of optimum is jig’s weight with preservation of mechanical properties.
Design of cooling plate for vibration test stand
Drtílek, Juraj ; Mauder, Tomáš (referee) ; Štětina, Josef (advisor)
This research deals witch thermal analysis of cooling plate for vibrational test of turbochargers. In introduction, the reader is familiar with principle of turbocharging, his importance and history. In this part of research is described also testing of turbochargers, especially vibration tests and its issue. The main part of research is focused on heat transfer, especially conduction, convection and radiation. This part is also completed with calculation of heat transfer coefficient, which is nessesary for thermal analysis of plate for vibration test stand, which is made in the last part of this work.
Analysis of excited oscillation of non-linear energy harvester on shaker
Jaroš, Vojtěch ; Rubeš, Ondřej (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis focuses on controlling the acceleration amplitude of a vibration exciter, that tests either linear or nonlinear spring-hardening harvesters. The thesis includes searches for vibration exciters. It also deals with control research and control simulations of vibrating exciter during vibration testing in the Matlab Simulink. At the end of the thesis, simulations of control of the vibration exciter, which tests linear and non-linear harvesters are presented
